• Returns and exchanges: We gladly accept unused product returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must have tags attached and be in original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We do not accept returns on final sale or customized items. Exchanges are subject to availability.
• We work hard to provide accurate product images, descriptions, and sizing guides. However, manufacturing flaws, dye variations, and fit preferences happen. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges if sizing is not suitable or the product is not as expected but matches the description.
• Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes have additional restrictions. Offers are subject to change without notice. See individual offer details for restrictions. Only one code may be used per order.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offer without warning. We also reserve the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

• The shipping option you select will determine your delivery timeframe. We do our best to ship orders within 1 business day, but delays can happen due to high order volume or unexpected circumstances. Rush processing may be available for an extra fee.
• We are not liable for shipping carrier delays or errors, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may delay your order.
• We will send shipping confirmations and tracking information when they are available via email or My Account dashboard. You are responsible for providing correct contact info.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages promptly and keep all packaging materials if you need to return. We are not liable for lost or stolen deliveries after 7 days.
• Shipping rates are based on your location, order value, weight, and other factors. Rates are subject to change. See our shipping policy for details.
• We do not guarantee delivery dates for orders shipping to PO boxes, military addresses, or other non-contiguous US territories. Restrictions may apply.
• For your security, we may require a signature or ID verification for high-value orders and deliveries to certain restricted locations. We are not liable for deliveries signed for by anyone at your address.
